Renovations

Renovation electrical is planning work first. Where the circuits land decides how the finished room actually functions.

We rough in and finish kitchens, bathrooms, basements and full-home updates, and we work with older wiring honestly — telling you what should be replaced and what can stay.

Common project types

  • Kitchen and bathroom rough-in and finish
  • Basement development, including legal suites
  • Rewiring in older homes
  • Adding circuits for new appliances
  • Relocating panels and sub-panels

Process

How the work runs

You'll know the scope, the price and the dates before anything is installed.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the project

Send through the details, photos or drawings you have. We ask the questions that change the price before we quote.

  2. 02

    On-site review

Where it matters, we look at the space, the existing wiring and the panel capacity so nothing is assumed.

  3. 03

    Clear scope and quote

You receive a written scope describing exactly what is included, with the pricing attached to it.

  4. 04

    Schedule and complete

Dates are confirmed in writing, work is kept tidy as we go, and you hear from us if anything shifts.
