New Construction

On a new build, the electrical plan is the first chance to get the details right — and the cheapest one.

We take projects from service entrance and rough-in through devices, fixtures and final trim, on a schedule builders and homeowners can plan around.

Common project types

  • Service entrances and panel installation
  • Full rough-in and finish for new homes
  • Additions, garages and infill builds
  • Lighting and device layout planning
  • Builder and trade coordination

Process

How the work runs

You'll know the scope, the price and the dates before anything is installed.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the project

Send through the details, photos or drawings you have. We ask the questions that change the price before we quote.

  2. 02

    On-site review

Where it matters, we look at the space, the existing wiring and the panel capacity so nothing is assumed.

  3. 03

    Clear scope and quote

You receive a written scope describing exactly what is included, with the pricing attached to it.

  4. 04

    Schedule and complete

Dates are confirmed in writing, work is kept tidy as we go, and you hear from us if anything shifts.
